We are a women-led organization that takes action to support the resilience of colonized peoples. We defend life, the right to self-determination, and nonviolent action as a principle. Our delegation understands that our struggles as Global South peoples are interconnected through shared histories of colonization and violent imperialist expansion. The Colombia delegation does not do this merely as a symbolic gesture; we seek to break the illegal siege, open a humanitarian corridor, and provide a protective presence. Every action we take is in line with the struggle of indigenous peoples that have led the fight against colonialism thrpugh non violence in the Cauca region. We are dedicated to weaving strong and sustainable ties with movements locally, regionally and globally as part of the GSF community.
