The Greek delegation to the Global Sumud Flotilla is part of a broader international movement fighting to end the blockade of Gaza and provide practical support to the Palestinian people. We actively participate in solidarity missions and actions, striving to open corridors of life in the face of a policy of starvation, war, and destruction. Our action is not limited to naval missions. Through initiatives such as the March to Gaza and participation in the Global Sumud Flotilla, as well as through mobilizations, campaigns, and interventions in Greece, we seek to link direct solidarity with mass political action. We highlight the Greek state’s role in supporting Israel, the operation of military bases in the country, its participation in NATO planning, and its involvement in the war economy and preparations. Our goal is twofold. On the one hand, to contribute practically to strengthening the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. On the other hand, to apply political pressure to end all forms of cooperation and complicity with the regime of occupation and apartheid. The Greek delegation operates collectively, with the participation of working people and activists from different backgrounds, united by a common goal: the defense of life, dignity, and self-determination of the peoples.
