OCCUPIED PALESTINE – Earlier today, senior israeli ministers proudly broadcast evidence of their own crimes to the world.

Footage released by National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir showed illegally detained Global Sumud Flotilla volunteers bound, blindfolded, forced onto their knees on concrete, and subjected to physical and verbal abuse after being abducted in international waters for daring to challenge israel’s illegal siege and genocide on Gaza.

At Ashdod Port, Transportation Minister Miri Regev filmed herself celebrating that detainees were forced to listen to the israeli national anthem on repeat so they would “understand what happens to those who come to the State of Israel in this way.”

A regime carrying out a livestreamed genocide has become so drunk on impunity that its ministers now openly post humiliation rituals online like campaign content.

Almost immediately following came the panic from other israeli officials; not because human beings were abused, blindfolded, and degraded, but because the machinery of violence was exposed too nakedly, too publicly, too honestly and threatened their ability to continue their abuse and occupation of the Palestinian people.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar called it harmful. Prime Minister Netanyahu claimed it was “not in line with israel’s values.” Ambassador Yechiel Leiter called it “reckless grandstanding.”

The gas-lighting and hypocrisy could not be more staggering.

These are the same people overseeing the starvation of Gaza, the annihilation of entire Palestinian families, mass detention, torture, illegal settlement expansion, and the destruction of civilian life across Gaza, the West Bank and Palestinians in the north.

They are not disturbed by the crimes. They are disturbed that the world saw their depravity so clearly.

The truth is simple: if israeli ministers feel comfortable publicly posting videos of blindfolded international civilians kneeling on concrete while mocking them with nationalist chants, then the world should be outraged over what Palestinians endure every single day when the cameras are gone.

For nearly 1,000 days and 78 years, the world has watched a genocide unfold and answered mostly with silence and every so often, statements, and cowardice.

Enough.

We call for immediate sanctions, arms embargoes, diplomatic isolation, and full international legal accountability for every official responsible for genocide, siege, torture, apartheid, and the unlawful detention and abuse of civilians.

History will remember not only those who committed these crimes, but every government that watched them unfold in real time and chose complicity over courage.
