Greece and Cyprus: Genocidal Wingmen

On May 18, israel illegally intercepted 40 of our boats and abducted our participants in Cyprus’s search and rescue zone, where Cyprus abandoned its duty to intervene. Two weeks before, Greece allowed israel to intercept 22 of our boats off the coast of Crete and brutalize 181 participants aboard a floating prison in its territorial waters, before abducting two activists—one a European citizen—to occupied Palestine.

Letter from Comrade Ghassan El Bughdiri from Mornaguia Prison

Ghassan El Boghdiri, a member of the 2025 Global Sumud Flotilla steering committee, has been held in Mornaguia Prison in Tunisia for two months without a hearing. Ghassan transmitted the following letter after being issued a 7-month sentence for false charges which he was denied legal counsel to defend himself against.
